Due to the handcrafted, custom, and curated nature of many items sold by Melissa Mitchell Art, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

This policy applies to all purchases, including art, soaps, hats, gifts, accessories, custom items, and other merchandise.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we may review the matter and assist when appropriate.

Please note that handmade, custom, and small-batch items may have slight variations in color, scent, texture, or design. These natural differences are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
